Delivery

We deliver by courier anywhere in South Africa. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days.

The delivery cost depends on the weight of your order. You see the exact amount at checkout, before you pay.

Need it by a certain date? Ask us on WhatsApp before you order.

6-month guarantee

Every Bright Weights product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for six months from the date you buy it. If it fails, we repair it, replace it or refund you.

The guarantee applies when the product is used for its intended purpose and cared for as described: rinse it after use, keep it out of the washing machine and never leave it in direct sunlight. It does not cover normal wear such as fading, misuse, accidents or home repairs.

Returns and exchanges

Changed your mind? Return any unused product in its original packaging, with tags, within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. You pay the courier back to us; use a trackable service.

Damaged, wrong or faulty? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We collect it free, and once we receive it we replace, repair or refund it within 7 business days, including the delivery cost.
