The Bright Weights 6-Month Performance Guarantee

We stand behind the superior craftsmanship of every product we make.

We guarantee that your Bright Weights product will not fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase, under normal use.

Why We Can Offer This Guarantee: Engineered for Endurance

Our confidence comes from our commitment to quality at every single point of construction. Every product is proudly designed and manufactured in our Cape Town facility, supporting local industry and allowing us to maintain strict quality control.

We use only the best components, including:

• Precision Stitching: We use only ISO and SABS approved polyester thread. All load bearing areas are quad stitched by German computerized sowing machines to ensure maximum strength and longevity.
• Marine-Grade Webbing: Our webbing is custom made for us according to our stringent specifications in order to ensure our standards and quality is consistent. 
• Highest Grade Velcro: We use only the original Velcro™ brand.
• Stainless Steel: All metal components on our products are marine grade stainless steel.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within this 6-month period, we will happily repair, replace, or credit your account.

What is Covered (Normal Use):

• Manufacturing defects in materials (e.g., fabric tears at seams, buckle failure).
• Defects in workmanship (e.g., stitching coming undone, faulty closures).

What is NOT Covered (Exclusions):

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, minor scuffs).
• Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accident (e.g., cuts, burns, damage from washing machines).
• Damage resulting from unauthorized alterations or repairs.
• Sun damage (all Bright Weights equipment must be kept out of direct sunlight).

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges simple.

1. Change of Mind Returns (30 Days)

You may return any unused product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Condition: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Return Shipping: Please note that the cost of return shipping for “change of mind” returns is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Process: Simply contact us with your order number, and we will guide you through the return process.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is defective (covered by our 6-Month Guarantee), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will arrange for the free collection of the item.
• Upon inspection, we will immediately process a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return or Guarantee Claim

1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@brightweights.com with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Receive Authorization: We will issue you a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and provide clear instructions for shipping the item back to our Cape Town facility.
3. Inspection & Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund, exchange, or repair within [Number] business days.
